Overview

Maximize your independence while still securing the services you need at Country Gardens Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). Located on the west campus of Memorial Health Center in Medford, Wisconsin, this 28-unit RCAC is a unique housing alternative for seniors.

Tenants can enjoy an apartment complete with a kitchenette, living area, sleeping area and private bath. Each unit is designed to offer tenants an opportunity to maintain as much independence and privacy as physically possible while still providing the support for daily living and social activities.

Country Gardens services are all inclusive in the monthly rental agreement. Financial arrangements for living in Country Gardens are private pay.

* As a RCAC, Country Gardens can provide a tenant up to 28 hours per week of services designed to meet the individual tenant needs.

Pricing:

• Unit rental charges (including meal and laundry service) are from $2,485 - $3,248 per month.
• Application process includes a functional and cognitive assessment performed by a registered nurse and the facility director, and a physical exam performed by the personal primary care physician.
• Meal service (included in unit rental) includes three meals a day, freshly prepared in the Country Garden's kitchen.
• Housekeeping, linen and towel service, personal laundry services, local telephone and cable are included in the unit rental.
